About the Event
Join Claire to move through vinyasa flows, then experience the opening release of self-myofascial massage, and flow again to see what shifts. This class will take place in the gorgeous covered patio at The Ivy Bookshop with views of a beautiful, green lawn and fresh air surrounding us!
This is part of the HALIA Collective, a series of a new yoga, breath, and sound healing-based collective, normally based out of Emmanuel Episcopal Church, lead by Claire.
Props for this class:
Yoga mat
Coregeous ball / small exercise ball (you can substitute a rolled up towel or blanket)
* We have a few of each of the above available to borrow
