Have you been sitting in a chair 24/7 since March? ME TOO.
This session is for you if your posture went from tall and statuesque to hunchback since the beginning of this year.
We’re on our computers, on Zoom calls, and staring at our phones constantly right now. This session is geared towards giving you a refresher for your energy and posture during your break, or even on a call, right from your chair.
Join guest Associate Harpist for the Columbus Symphony, and certified yoga teacher, Alix Raspé Gray, for this restorative session!
Alix has her own yoga studio "Om is where the harp is" and finishes off each class with harp music while you rest in shavasana.
