Introduction to Somatics Workshop (5 - 6 pm)
An introduction to somatic work for singers starting with gentle body-breath connection and some vocalizing using minimal props and tools. In general, the focus is to find body connection, expand breath support understanding, and build up the tools you have in your arsenal to connect to your body and spirit in any situation.
Suggested equipment: yoga mat, , resistance bandCoregeous Ball
Limited to 15 participants.
$20 for workshop participation.

This ticket includes participation in the Introduction workshop from 5 - 6 pm. Suggested equipment: yoga mat, Coregeous ball, and resistance band. Some extras will be available for use if you need!
