About the Event

We've all been told "take a deep breath" when having a stressful moment.

But what if you focused on the exhale instead?

Learn about how your inhale and exhale is linked directly to our mental state - anxiety, nerves, calm, happiness. It's all breath!

We'll round out this class with a breath meditation that can lead to some revelations!

Afterwards, at 5:30 pm ET, join us for a happy hour with Gina Morgano in Singventure Chats to talk about what you experienced and to relax and breathe after this illuminating experience!

You will need a yoga mat and an optional yoga bolster (or cushion) for this class. Led by Singing Body Clinic's Jay Colwell.
