A slow flow to help you map out and notice the tensions and relaxations in your body right now. Breathing into isolated parts of the body to feel, notice, and exhale.

You will need a yoga mat, yoga bolster (or cushion), strap (or belt/towel), and a Coregeous ball (or similar) for this class. Led by Singing Body Clinic's Jay Colwell.
